" Falls View "

Great waterfall to photograph. I had a window of 5 minutes for sun to

balance highlights and shadows. After the 5 minutes, It rained and the

hike back was horrible. All equipment was so wet, as was I. Had to to

wait 2 hours for my camera's to unfog. My plans for the next stop to

photograph were done for the day. I hope the image was worth it.

Please tell me if it was worth it.

I think it was worth the effort. Lots of work for a high reward.

I'd say it was worth it! I think I might be tempted to crop up from the bottom to just below the horizontal rock at the base of the tree on the left side; I don't think the bottom portion adds anything. I'm not a fan of the shading (like vignetting) internal to the white frame, but that's my personal preference. Wonderful shot, and I'm glad you were able to dry everything out. That's the Smokies for you! Cheers! Chris
