I used a 22mm lens with no filters, and eventhough it actually is

balck and white I sepia toned it to see the diff.

what do you think ?

This is a fantastic shot. I would have not croped her head but other than that, perfect. Would like to see more from this series if there are any.

I like this picture. I think it would have been better to include the entire head of the woman in the composition.

The face being left out creates a even more interesting composition. The use of the bodies piled up is beautiful. lovely and eye catching

Glad to see you post a critique for the circle... I like the sepia toning because there is so much skin exposed. I think that's what makes it work for me. The guy that gave it a 6 for asthetics probably doesn't have children... I think you have captured a very intimate experience for a mother and a child.

 

The only thing I might have done slightly different would be to include, at least, the mother's eyes. I think that would add to the picture. Not necesarily the whole head, but definitely the eyes.

very tender image, I like the composition here, the tonality is ok though I think it could somehow be a bit richer..

Maybe if there were more of the childs face showing... like the idea though

I rarely see images I feel that I have not seen before or that are not a cliche of some sort. This is one of them. I really love it. Thank you for sharing it.

I think it is much better with the woman's head cropped out. She isnt the subject... the baby is. It leaves a little to the imagination when you cant see her face and i like that. Very well done!
