Very nice bird shot with super sharpness and positioning. I would, however, crop out the reflecting water.

Hanna why crop something which is not overexposed, adds a sense of depth and 3D also gives a sense of the location so it is crucial to the composition. I did crit a pic a few hours ago that had a blown highlight that appeared distracting and I recommended just that in a tactfull way, just wondering is this the reason you say that?
