I like the POV used in the photo. A brighter shade of makeup could create a stronger photo here by creating a sort of irony in the image.

 

I am not sure I like the pose, the face of the model is too big compared to her body (maybe you wanted that though). It's also a little too flat, i.e. very dark but mostly dark everywhere, maybe a light from below would help, or right above... dunno

She's looking so hungry...for attention and care...(or some strange SM-ritual, showing a tattoo on her belly?) Nevermind, you got it...especially the posing and expression in the models face. Great!

I love it: for me photo's that tell a story are the thing and this is downright cinematic. It also reminds me of Judy Davis, both in appearance and the sort of characters she plays. The expression, the pose, the framing: for me it's all fine. If I had to suggest a change, I'd be interested to see a version with the light coming more from the left: a touch more on her face and less on her left arm.

Just looked at this again and it reminded me... Do you know Camus's "The Fall"? Not the precise story of course, but the idea...
