aeaster 0 Posted May 5, 2008 I believe that it was another sempervivum of yours that attracted my eye over two years ago. Well this one is certainly much more restrained than the over-saturated piece of pop-art you were so proud of way back when... No problems here... might have cropped about another 1/5th off of the bottom but that's an issue of personal taste. Good goin's Hippie Girl. Link to comment
kellen1 0 Posted May 5, 2008 I am happy with it and I have not been happy with my work in a long time. There is something to be said for pleasing yourself..hard to do most times, isn't it? Sometimes when you do, the work is what some would call "self indulgent" and that is not good either! So, no matter what, you can never please everyone! I left the bottom on because I really like that longer leaf coming down near the right corner and wanted to include it...but you're right...it would look more finished if it were cropped. Thank you for following my work all of this time. Link to comment
