Waikiki Sunset

This is one of my favourite shots I took while on my Honeymoon in

Hawaii. I didnt have the tripod (taking a nice stroll with my new

wife). I dont have a nice negative scanner(yet) so if the quality is

down a bit, sorry.

Beautiful scene- wish I was there but it's all rather dark.

Good - Color is held throughout the sky so it doesn't go totally black at the left. Interesting choice of continous framing across the top.

Bad - The completely black framing seems to overwhelm the softness of coloration in the sky.

Great viewpoint, you must have a good eye for these things! Without the sun itself, however low in the sky, the shot is too dark, but well composed. Al Hare
