seven 0 Posted August 31, 2002 It's a beautiful flower and I rather like the subdued exposure. What would really make this shot, in my opinion alone, would be the presence of moisture. Tony, should you be shooting at home, think about "cheating" in future - spray droplets from a water bottle, this can sometimes lend an extra dimension to the image. All the best. Link to comment
helene_poppelier1 0 Posted October 23, 2002 Beautiful and cropped wisely. This flower would probably also look very good in B&W with some toning. My score for originality will be a 4. Don't take that the wrong way, please. Yes, i have seen shots like this a number of times and also have done this shots a number of times. Given the preponderance of flower pictures, it's worthwhile to approach them with the idea of not to capture their beauty but to see them "differently" in order to avoid the cliché trap. Daisies don't lend themselves to that approach very well. Link to comment
