mauro martini 0 Posted May 11, 2008 hi! excuse my bad english! I prefer orizzontal cut for this kind of photo and jpg compression is not good. Mauro. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 292 Posted May 12, 2008 I suggest a black stroke though! And the sky isn't just well done! PDE Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted May 12, 2008 This is a grand vista; of that there's no doubt. I like that you presented it in black and white too. I think I'd crop down from the top to just above the clouds on the left side. Tinker with your black and white conversion too; there's some patchiness in the shadowed area toward the bottom. This is good, don't get me wrong; and keep up the good work. I hope you achieve your desire of getting in the photography class in your school. You've a good eye. Don't get discouraged; keep seeking YOUR vision and it will all come in time. We all are still just where you are now. That is why it is an art. My best advice; keep taking pictures, and playing with them on the computer. Eventually you'll find what it is that you like; that defines you. Keep sharing them too; Photo.net is a great place to learn and get advice and comments. Sorry about my long-winded response. BTW, is this from the top of Sandia Crest? Cheers! Chris Link to comment
