Another take

I got a lot of suggestions to turn this into a black and white photo. I'm not sure about this

one. It feels a little flat to me, any suggestions for how to improve the Black and white

conversion? Thanks for your help - Lex

This one looks a bit sepia or red to me. I think the problem is the blacks are not black enough and the highlights are not bright enough, (well, except for the blown area at top right). I hope you don't mind, I did a quick and dirty conversion on it. I will delete it from my computer as soon as I upload this version. This is a nice image, bare trees really appeal to me and many other folks.
