Food should be a category. Don't you think?

I vote for that. I love sushi - yellowtail and salmon are two of my favorites. Last week I ate it 4 times in a row. You are making me salivate George.

George, I wish this were larger because I'd like to get a better look. I don't eat this stuff (raw fish--- yuck!), but you present it as a work of art. I like the composition.

Adan- Let me know when you are in the Boston area. It will be my pleasure to introduce you to some of New England's Masters of the culinary arts.

 

Donna- You have been misled. Whatever it was made you think of "raw-fish, yuck." had nothing to do with what you see on these plates. Thank you for the kind words regarding the photographs. Let me know when you are in Boston and I will turn your "yuck" into an eyes-rolling-back-in-your-head "Yummmmmmmmmmmmm."

Photogenic food, real edible food, is a rarity.
