Theres something unreal, almost cartoon-like or computer generated about this shot. Perhaps its the amazing in the clarity detail or the high contrast and simple background. Whatever it is, it works. I seem to see so many pictures of an insect in a flower as people adopt digicams with extreme closeup features but this one really stands out from the crowd. Great work!

hmmm... looks like computer graphics to me. Please prove me wrong.

what i did to the pic other than coverting from colour to B&W is to remove the flower edges so that to make the picture more dynamic..yes the bee has 6 legs....4 of which are inside the flowers which are too dark to see clearly...

Very original. Excellent composition. What an angle! Hmm.. didn't like the idea a little bit, of removing lines in the flower.. but otherwise, its really good...
