black & white (2) shadow walking

An end-of-the-daylight shot. I'm sure glad I spotted the possibilities

here. Comments (ANY kind) are always well received. I tried to get the

contrast/brightness right....

This is pretty cool.

 

Taking the duck and elevating it into it's own space by showing the shadow as it walks towards you makes it more interesting. Makes him/her seem larger than it's life really is.

The shadow combination with the lines formed by the footprints makes this image very unique. The single human shoe print and its alignment with the shadow's head makes it very interesting!

I follow the light and shadow Mike. this one is not only a good composition and timing, it has a nice light and shadow play ,and a sense of humor as well...;-)).

The fact that the shadow of the duck is framed in another shadow makes this special. Like said before, very nice light&shadow play. Though, I'd maybe try another version without the human footprints. Regards - Hasan
