I find the foucus on the 400/2.8 with the d30 very slow, and I may have

to go manual, as I had alot more misses then hits. It's either in or out,

and when the action is coming at you it seems to really have a problem .

I was very frustrated!

Nice shot. MAybe I would suggest a little more space on the left hand side but don't take that as a critisism.

the photo stands up well and I like the aspects of the rider and even the wheels.
