Reflection from the ocean is distracting, and taking away focus from more intersting top part of the image. Nice composition.

i disagree with the above comment that the reflection is distraction. i quite like it. it gives it a bit of an erie quality.

 

also, you can immediately tell that this image is not 35mm or digital. the resolution and sharpness of medium format film is top notch and sure makes a difference!

 

the only thing that might make the image better in my opinion would be to use a much slower shutter speed so that the water looks totally smooth a la Michael Kenna. I know this would be difficult to do in the daylight but perhaps a Neutral Density filter or slower than 400 ISO film would help that.

Good composition. I also like the high key nature of the contrast.

 

As a matter of interest, which range of mountains are we looking at - they do not look like Torres del Paine to me, although the cloud doesn't help identification (just the composition!)
