I'd like to gather criticism on this photo. Thank you!

Shannon: I like it. It may be the scanner, but the flower appears somewhat unsharp. My preference is for needle-sharp photos, and to paraphrase Mark Twain; soften at your leisure. Nonetheless, beautiful.

nice shot. I like the soft background. Compositionally, you might try moving the flower a little down an to the left, so that it opens into the photo rather than out of it.

I agree with Carl, the flower could be a little sharper (unless you were going for a Monet type effect) With macro, everything is critical for sharpness, camera stabilitiy (tripod is a must), precise focus, no wind, etc.

It is a nice picture, but as the others have commented, I agree it could be a little sharper and I would have brought the flower higher in the picture (less green at top). The colors are nice.

Just wanted to thank you all for your comments. I did want to let you know that the picture (print) is very soft. I used a monopod when I took this. I don't know how to make it sharper when the print itself is soft. Any suggestions?
