berrynose 0 Posted August 25, 2002 What an interesting composition and perspective you've picked for this building! Just a little bit of defect on aligning the corner of the building and that of the stairs as one line. Otherwise it would have worth a 10/10 rating! Link to comment
root 0 Posted August 27, 2002 good exposure. splitting the picture in half is a rule well broken. Link to comment
cakeller98 0 Posted August 28, 2002 ...interesting graphic breakup. The only thing I think detracts from this is the non-verticle verticle. IT's so close, but not. Although, maybe that's why this seems to work. Maybe if it were verticle, it'd be absolutely the centerline, and the photo would lose some of it's tension. Super colors and shapes. Link to comment
sergei_pechersky 0 Posted August 28, 2002 You've captured it right. I like it very much. The only thing I'd do with this image is to completely remove the shadow on the right hand in PS and to add a frame. Otherwise, it's a very well designed shot. Congrats. Link to comment
bradrick 0 Posted August 30, 2002 What I enjoy most about this photo is that it is real. No PS magic, that is the way that it reall is. Aside from that, the exposure, which may have been tricky, is good, and the overall effect is terriffic. Link to comment
richard_eijk 0 Posted August 31, 2002 Intelligent...use of soft complementary colors. The thumbnail was more promising then when i saw full size because of the detractions. I assume this is an uncropped version, and therefor brave, but recropping could leave those detractions out, but i think you know that too. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 15, 2002 Just excellent how everything comes together in this picture. Really nicely balanced but quite dynamic with the descent of the stairway from left to right. Excellent, excellent work. Link to comment
