The eagle looks very serious; is he concerned about his upcoming meeting with president George W.? I think not. This is a Macedonian Eagle and he's more interested in looking out for his planet. Beautiful work, PDE; this is just seamless and perfect. I am so glad you are back, my friend; and this gets the big double-7s for the artistic merit , the message, and the photographic orginality. as long as it's all about..."my way or no way" ;o). Of course, there is a huge irony between the photo vs the tittle. I've seen lot of people going to churches, going to temples and thinking they are promoting harmony; yet, their self-righteousness is beyond my comprehension.

 

My nude photography is a disharmony by any merit in my culture. I think i promote disharmony, Pierre ;o). Thanks for sharing your perspective. Tanya.

Tanya, it is not about those who promote harmony by true belief, it's about those who promote peace, freedom and democracy and make wars in that name (and earn money)!

Yes...this is it...definitely. I had the good fortune to see some baby eagles up close recently. Not as close as this though. What characters they are! I wish that the symbolism in your piece of nature being bigger/more important than people were true in this so called civilized world. This image is both funny and poignant...quite brilliant.
