Turtle found in my yard.

My dogs found "Trevor" outside of my backyard fence. I opened the fence so he could walk thru the yard. When I returned later in the day, he was closer to the other fence. I gave him some water (it was an incredibly hot day) and he opened his mouth to catch the droplets.Next I left the other gate open and he was on his way to his destination (a creek).I think he's the same type of turtle (red eared slider) as the pet store turtles in this folder.Comments?
