Great use of perspective in this picture. It looks like you achieved the DOF (Depth of Field) that you wanted. The only critique that I have is the balance of the photo. I am not sure if it is cropped, but since the children are so close the edge of the picture and the shoes/fence are so dark, I might have framed it with a little more room for the children in the background. I admit, that is splitting hairs. Good Job!

it's a little dark for me, given that the subject is heartwarming. Of course, that's a matter of taste and you could change that at will if you like. The composition is excellent, the idea, etc. Very well done!
