erikadams 0 Posted April 12, 2008 Beach in Bahamas. Overexposed one stop. How does it look on your monitor? Does it help to have the horizon line defined, or is it better to have the couple floating a little more abstractly in a sea of white? Thanks. Link to comment
cphilpott 0 Posted April 12, 2008 For me this works as is. The high key removes the time and place and creates a scene that allows imagination. It could be desert, it might be snow, waves on the left, it is the beach. My only comment is composition, the heads line up with the horizon line, raising the horizon just a touch might be even stronger. Link to comment
cphilpott 0 Posted April 14, 2008 What a dramatic improvement. Well done. I am really moved by this piece now. Moved meaning, I am just staring at it and letting my mind wander. The drama and freedom to see what ever the view wants to see is just tremendous here. Link to comment
