Making the turn

My first time shooting waterskiing so I'm trying to get some

feedback on composition, framing, etc. Shot with a Canon D30 and 70-

200/2.8 from the boat. I appreciate all comments and criticisms!

You've nailed the exposure and the composition looks good to me - if I had to change somthing I'd maybe have put a little more foreground and a little more to the left of frame but without seeing what's there it's really hard to second guess your framing.

I like your choice of shooting down the rope it works well in my view (I'm sure sombody won't like it :-)

Great action photo. I love the expression on his face and the blurred, vibrating rope, and the spray. I wish the colors were more dynamic (blue water and colorful clothes on the skier) but you can't have it all.

Great photo, I wouldn't know what to do with what appears to be a wash out on the bottom left near the ski, like a digital pixational gone or something. Sorry I don't know the terms as I still use a film camera. Over all I really like it.

Nide tight action shot. Good use of the horizontal.
