The texture is ok if a little plastic-looking, but here I think the effect is too strong and lacks the subtle variation brought on by light angle in real skin. A good start, but too artificial looking for a 'finished product' IMO.

Do you have a before pic? If so, could you post it? I've only been serious about photography about a year or so and have heard how good photoshop is supposed to be. A before pic might give me more reason to purchase.

I do like the photo. It's not much different than one you may seen in a stylized magazine ad. Good job, I think.
