jana 1 Posted April 3, 2008 Ahoj Jene, Nice long exposure. But the composition leads us away from the subject matter - the velvet water. The light sky is attracking all our attention. I suggest a big crop. cheers Jana Link to comment
peter.blum 0 Posted April 3, 2008 Hello Jan, I have to agree with Jana. The long exposure does gives the water a nice velvety feel. But the foreground and foreest is a bit too dark and the attention goes up towards the lighter sky. Cropping og masking would make the difference. Would be interesting to see another versjon. bizarre 0 Posted April 3, 2008 Thanks for your comment Jana, i have tryed that crop, just above the left side of the water and it's not working for me, maybe it's better in your eyes, but thanks anyway, all critiques are apreciated:) See you around PN, Jan Link to comment
bizarre 0 Posted April 3, 2008 This is the new version, quickly made:) i have croped all the sky from the photo. But i still prefer the original version:) Regards, Jan Link to comment
olafdevries 0 Posted April 3, 2008 Brutally said (yes throw me in!) cropped or not, the light is wrong here. Your previous post was better. Link to comment
