You are at your best with this one, Sonia. Simple portraits which just shout out the message: there is an emotional link between the subject and the photographer!

I think it is difficult, or impossible, to take a picture like this of a model hired by the hour. Or is it?...

Anyway, for me this one belongs to a small group of perfect pictures: it has ideal composition, natural and unobtrusive colors, and – most importantly – it makes sense.

That "smug" picture of yours is another one... I still keep it saved in my computer, and I was using it as (if you excuse me!) my wallpaper for a while :).

Adam, that is probably the best compliment I have recieved regarding my photography. I thank you very very much. I agree that the natural photos are the most appealing. I enjoy altering images but, in the end, they simply look altered. When you can get a natural winner it is a wonderful accomplishment. I thank you for considering this a winner.
