robert_gough 0 Posted August 22, 2002 The low, close up perspective of this shot removes that "set up" feeling that I had with this one but retains the feeling of work completed and a goal reached. The selective use of depth of field adds drama. Very nice. Link to comment
jacob_cazzell 0 Posted August 22, 2002 I really like this image! The DOF is great, the theme is great and the composition is great. Excellent! Link to comment
gib 0 Posted August 22, 2002 I could be dead wrong, but I want all of it in focus. I can see what you're trying for here. Did you make one with greater depth of field? Link to comment

kevin_schoedel 0 Posted August 24, 2002 Thanks for the comments.William, in this version I did want shallow DOF, although I did actually want to get the entire cursor in sharp focus. Although I didother versions, like the one Robert's comment links to, that are sharp throughout, it wasn't possible to get a wholly sharp version from this perspective, since I don't currently have bright enough lighting or lens tilt capability. I may try that in the next round. Link to comment
