It was starting to rain and I found this Poppy. I almost did not take the shot because I was worried about the camera. I switched lenses quickly to the Macro and shot it.

Pay no attention to that 3/3 you got. I noticed that some idiot went through all the recent uploads and gave that rating to everyone. This is a fine shot.

A truly beautiful image indeed. I know the rules about the main subject being 'off center' and wondering whether it would strengthen the image if this was done. In any event, 'food for thought' but I do like the image very much. 7/6
