Hello friends,

Thanks for your kind comments.

I don't know what caught their attention. Surely, it wasn't me..

But I know what caught mine. It was their similarity. And without it, the image would - at least to me - loose much of it's appeal.

An ordinary motive or everyday life. Rendered a little more interesting by the obvious bond between the two..

All the best

Peter

The world of art and photography is intriguing and not surprisingly few people see the same thing. The appeal for me is that I see contrasts: one foot forward while the other is backward; one coat is tied around the waist while the other is worn; one has a frown while the other has a grin; height, age, shoes, etc etc. While we can debate whether it is similarity or difference - the image definitely has appeal capturing a slice of life at a particular moment that I would never be able to see since this will not be repeatable. Fine job and thanks for your comment on my portfolio.

This father son image is very apealing to me, with fantastic expressions! Brings me to my issues with my father. Emotional subject to me. Take care my friend.
