Very nice photo, Karolos

I would have tried (by cropping a part from the top or for the bottom of the photo) to set the monastery in the "golden point". In my eyes this would have made the composition even stronger.

Experience indeed! Very nice photograph. If you have any more of this place a little closer up that would be great to see also. Good work you have shown so far.

Karolos my friend- I see great images in your portfolio. I especially like this one, but will comment on some others as well. I thought I was looking at National Geographic pictures when I opened your portfolio. I don't know if you're familiar with this magazine, but this is high praise indeed. As high as this monastery.

You seem very adept and skilled at finding the angle and moment of your subjects. I hope you post more and continue pursuing your photography, maybe even professionally? Yes?

Good luck to you my friend and keep photographing more and more!

This is amazing. It looks as though you would have to take you life in your hands just to get there. This is a great perspective, and you had some excellent light. Great Work!

Hi Karolos,

I appologise for the delay of replying. I have had a quite long holiday and I tried to see how many days can I stay away from my computer. The answer: 10 days!

That's a beautiful photo. This was the first monastery I visited in Meteora. Right now I don't remember its name but if I am not mistaken it is the only monastery with nuns.

Best wishes for the New Year,

Razvan
