I like the ledge leading me into the frame, but it is cropped too tight. if the forground ledge and top were not cut off I would like it a lot more.

nicely composed with the leading line. it's just not grabbing me, tho'. perhaps the light is a bit too harsh? i wonder what this would look like in B&W and with the channel mixed to make the sky very dark. i think a red filter effect would darken the sky, and bring out some detail in the building.
