Nothing is Ps but the lighting effect. Nothing is added or taken away from the actual scene. That is the real sky also.

Beautiful image. I love the mystery. My complaint is the central placement of the child, I think more to the right would have made a more dynamic image. Processing is beautifully done.

I agree I may try to re crop it off center a little . Thanks for the comments.
