This is really a very beautiful image, and i just love the way the green is just starting to break through bringing life back again.

 

I love the snow, even though we dont get any here :( ... and that swing looks very inviting. Its a magic image :)

A resounding yes.....you should be taking photographs! Trust me, you will get better and better very quickly, especially with help from this wonderful PN community. I'm rather new too, but I've already learned so much (with much more to learn) :). This is my favorite of your shots......nice composition with very nice B&W tones. See what you think of the idea of cropping the right part (most of the fence) out. I held up a piece of paper to obscure it, and I liked the result. But what you'll find is that you'll get lots of advice like this, and you won't necessarily like all of the suggestions. It's just people trying to be helpful. :) Bravo, and I'll look forward to more postings in the near future. BTW, thanks for your comment on my chipmunk!
