shambhala 0 Posted March 9, 2008 Yes, I agree with Andre above - the face is too sharp compared to the body - or, to put it rightly, the body is too blurred in relation to the face. Gorgeous face!! And very expressive young woman. That's the kind of face I get my actors to do - serene yet alive. The quietness within shows confidence. You've done well to whiten the whites of her eyes but I think they're now just a touch too white - a bit unreal. Tone them down! Also, it looks like you've cleaned up her right eyebrow above the nose (on the left side of the picture) and I can see where your brush has been - tidy that up too. The reason I still like this portrait is that you've managed to mix two different tones - Chrystelle's flesh tones are modern, while the background has a slight sepia tone that reminisces of the old century - great effect altogether!
