i would prefer a different crop: less from the right side (to the point where the ear begins) and a bit more space to the left - so the lashes of her right eye would not be cut in the middle.

right now the skin is a bit too pale as compared to the background. i am not sure if one can increase the contrast by making the background completely white (cos right now it has a bit of a gray in it and that influences the perception of the skin tone a bit negatively).
