Moon at Dawn

I've just taken up photography again recently, so your comments would

be welcome.

I'm new to photo.net myself, trying to get some of my photos out there too. You have to have to foreground or the photo doesn't work but it's a little cluttered to me. If there was a single object (think church steaple) or a couple buildings I think it would work better. I really like the fact that the moon looks animated, yet it is a photograph. Well done.

Thanks, Nathaniel. I think you're right. The foreground is a bit cluttered. I'll keep this in mind for next time. Incidentally, I do like your aircraft photos. I'll comment on one or two of them separately.

Greg, you have done extremly well to capture the 'earth shine', this is the part of the moon that is in shadow, and still maintain detail.

 

The composition with Venus? is just great. Well done.
