the old trick oft tried and very nearly works here. I think it doesn't quite strobe enough to be an abstract play of light, but is too distracting across the face where we try to engage with the eyes looking our way. I'd use photoshop to darken the areas of light in the curtains behind the model to clarify the abstract geometry a little. Hope the critique is useful.

i feel like i should be searching for something in this photo. the lines are so uniform that i find myself trying to look through them at the image behind.

maybe if the model was doing something more significant than just standing there...
