what's the thought behind the green ?

hi si cliff thanks for your time....I wanted to show dusk time in a city battling with pollution...Picasa doesn't have a black tinge option so I went with green one.!!!..anything I can change/improve??

I like the mood and the colour.

The pictures fine but Im not sure about the green, I can see what your trying to achieve but maybe a differant colour cast would work better? I did look at it in B&W and personally preferred that.
