Interesting angle - I like the way the tower seems to reach for the sky.

I know it's been shot by many before me, but I tried to make it

different. It's for you to tell me if I succeeded.

Firstly, what are you trying to tell us about this building? Secondly, your camera's not level. Crop out the annoying white van in the lower left or wait until he leaves. Lastly, thought about getting a tilt/shift lens?

I like the angle, unlike the previous comment, and with the storm clouds it gives very dramatic picture.

 

Crop out the van and maybe do something about the TV. Its a shame the shadow from the other building is falling where it is.
