JatinderKeith 0 Posted October 3, 2007 The posture of the lady and her arm give a feeling that there is a threat and she is boldly throwing back the challenge. Being close to the border and looking out of the frame generate an anxiety about what she is looking at. The row of the trees, inclined forward and with space ahead of them gives the feel of an army ready to charge on her command. Is it a deity that emerged out of the clouds to protect them? It is a beautiful fairy-tale picture. Link to comment
