Nice moment, and great expression. The image is quite a bit overexposed, burning out sections of teh subject that are important to the action. Personally I would prefer the subject more to the right of the frame, but maybe you wanted to show the siverware there.

As Arjen writes, it is clearly overexposed (but there is still good tones in the face) and the composition would have better balance by leaving (as usual) some more room in the side the subject is looking at (in this situation a "classic" composition approach is to take advantage of the diagonal arm). Said that, you got the moment perfectly, and that is enough to make the picture.
