venkat1 0 Posted August 14, 2002 i belive thats an F-14 Tomcat. So how about "The Cat and The Dog." Link to comment
shawnc 0 Posted August 14, 2002 Sorry not a Tomcat, its a F/A-18 (looks like an C model), so it could be the Dog and the Bug. Link to comment
gerry_clarke 0 Posted September 10, 2002 Note the background is a dingy grey because of air pollution I left it that way and chose not to add blue background with Photo Shop. I captured the coyote in foreground as he wandered around base. If you look closely at the belly tank you will see that the VFA-102 pilots call themselves the HUNTERS. Link to comment
2life_photography 0 Posted September 11, 2002 yes, it is an F/A-18. Nice capture. The two hunters together... Very nice. Link to comment
becca34cat 0 Posted October 14, 2002 How did you "synchronize" the dog and the plane to enter your field of view at the same time? :) Link to comment
bret_carroll 0 Posted October 2, 2003 Nice picture. The VFA-201 Hunters are a Naval Reserve squadron based in Ft. Worth, TX flying the F/A-18A+. The coyote and the cotton(?) in the background look more like Lemoore, CA. There was a lot of fortuitous timing here, I think. Great work. Link to comment
