The pattern of the flowers is magnificient. Strong shapes and repetiion of curves look like plants were planted that way, were they not? Anyhow, tight cropping works just fine.

Overall I like this landscape. The only 2 suggestions I would make (and they are worth what you paid for them) is shooting at an angle which might remove or reduce the one obvious dirt patch between the 1st and 2nd rows of the lavender. The second would be to brighten the shot and deepen your contrast.

 

But you have a nice shot here. I find it contemplative.

Very nice pattern. Agree with "Richard A. Perry" about hte brown patch after first row. It is a little off putting. Very pretty, calming picture :-)
