There are a lot of things to like here. The exposure and colours are both very well handled and the perspective if the strongest point. I quite like how the branches seem to reach out to you from the middle of the frame and then spread out from there giving a real three dimensionality to the tree.

The tree coming into the from top left is unfortunate. I would have been nice to be able to set this tree off against the blue-cloud filled sky.

Overall a nice photo of the beautiful clinging snow.
