blowingsky 0 Posted February 12, 2008 Strong. The luminous, three dimensional smoke gushing from the big stack really makes the sky look like a victim. Our industrial age in a nutshell. Nice range in the greyscale and great use of zone 0 and 10. Link to comment
cmulcahy 1 Posted February 12, 2008 Thanks Peter. I thought the same thing about the sky being a victim. The sun looked angry to me as well. The funny thing is an angry security guard was 10 feet away from me yelling at me from his car while I took this picture. He said this was private property and I had no right to take pictures. I laughed and said to him, "you can see this plant from 50miles away." He said, "that might be so, but once you cross those rail road tracks it's private property." I turned, looked and said "I don't see any sign." He said "it's just assumed" I laughed and went on my way. Link to comment
