The look of Defeat

MVP! This is my nephew. This pictures I caught while he was waiting

to get his medal for 2nd place. The look on his face, I almost

started to cry. This won't be the last picture of him, he'll be

state ranked next year!

Being upset at not being #1 is what no doubt drives your nephew to be good in the first place.

 

I like the emotion; you can tell he takes it all very seriously. The white balance looks to be a little on the red side, but that's easily fixable.

 

It's one of those photos that I don't know if he would like to see it right now, but I think it will be important to him in the future. It's great that you captured it for him.

Thank you so much! He has one of the biggest hearts I know, and yes he's very much driven by competitiveness. He's a Kool Kid. Carrie
