seven 0 Posted October 26, 2002 Aesthetic delight. I wish your photographs (well, composite in this case) would get as much attention as your shiny heavily saturated images : you get the ratings, but not the comments deserved on this type of work. I've deliberately mentioned "texture" in each of this session's comments, reason being that it adds to the tactility of an image for me. And that's another dimension. I seriously believe that by incorporating more texture into your digital manipulations, and trying for a saturation level sub 80%, those too would get attention from a wider audience. It's nice (and sometimes downright amusing) to have the wows of the wowzers, but infinitely more satisfying to gain the attention of those who appreciate a little depth to one's creations. But most importantly is to enjoy what you do, and if the cds et al get you off artistically speaking, go for it. Sincerely, I'd hang this. Excellent composite. Link to comment
seven 0 Posted November 20, 2002 I've been busy on a project hence the silence. I'll view your newer uploads soon. I'm including this pic in a presentation I'm preparing of others' work - hope you don't mind. Cheers. Link to comment
