younes 0 Posted February 6, 2008 Can't believe the stupid ratings you've been getting! This is absolutely fantastic. Love the light hitting the fg as well as the clouds surrounding the mountains. Wish I was there myself. Link to comment
stuart_bellamy 0 Posted February 6, 2008 I agree, its always the anonymous ones that give bad ratings. This is an image that someone would pay to put on their wall. Unbelievable light and colour. Well done! Link to comment
stuart_williams 0 Posted February 7, 2008 this is wonderful. there must be a plot to subvert the rating system on this site - so ignore them - they're totally meaningless. Link to comment
lukas ondrousek aka jozef 0 Posted February 7, 2008 Guys, thank you for critiques and support. I see the current ratings the same way as you. When I first joined photo.net I could be sure I will find great photos in the TOP PHOTOS section. Nowadays, I can find better pic on 10th page then on 1st(top 24, top 3 days, and so on). PeterKrenek 26 Posted February 7, 2008 Very good work, Lukas, both in terms of choosing the place and time, in-camera and postprocessing. So far, I did only one pano (because I shoot Velvia...), but would like to try more this summer. How do you control flare when the sun is in the frame ? You probably get a different shape of flare on a few of the shots used for stitching the pano, am I right ? Link to comment
lukas ondrousek aka jozef 0 Posted February 8, 2008 Correct indeed :-) It's kind of easy to control flare in pano shots. One interesting thing - despited i had 0.6 ND Grad on the top, I had to take another shot of sun, coz it was out of dynamic range. Link to comment
