Comments welcome (shot under extreme difficult light conditions)

Nikon D200 with a Nikon 70-200 VR 2.8 with 1.7 converter.

I assume most of the noise is the result of ISO 1600. It's shot close to seven o clock in the evening, and there is not much light left. Distance from subject 10-15 meters, so I guess that a flash would not have helped....

Yes, an extender would have helped. I was not aware of that type of equipment. Thanks for the hint.
