Nice subject, interesting idea. The compsotiion seems a bit formal and tight. You could have spread your subject, and made it a bit more imaginitive in its spacing. The light on the foreground is good. Transparant items usually look best with some backlighting to bring out the transparancy. The background could do with a little more light, maybe a candle or something.

Very good in every respect - bar that warming cognag with that apparatus is really vulgar. I don't believe that any cognag expert would touch such a devil's tool. but the photo - good!

This is gorgeous, and I wish I was at this bar. Reminds me of days drinking a 10 year tawny port and a nice strong cigar. Beyond what I can produce, but I would like to have seen a small bounce lighting the cut ends of the cigars just a tad.
