I like this photo,it shows the misery and pain of these two childern,but at the lower right corner i think its your fingers which distracts and at the left side there is one more child which is out of the frame why did'nt you take that also. Though this is good and could be the part of the photo story

Very strong composition, excellent dof, a powerful and sad telling photo. I agree with the comment that the two figures on the bottom right are distracting. Very well done - an excellent addition to your impressive and so thought provoking folio.
