soltani 0 Posted February 10, 2008 Richard, Ghulam, Hans-Peter, David, Kaushik, Ali, Masood, and Rachel and her husband!Thank you very much for your comments.The floor of the main hall which has either 6 or 8 sides is a metaphor of the earth, and as the walls go higher the number of sides begin to increase, making the dome a circle with infinite sides; the dome, being the heavens in contrast to the earth.On the dome you can see how everything is dissolving to become that one point at the top; this a metaphor of unity (God).
